Terms of service

We use Australia Post and other reputable couriers to deliver items within Australia. Items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed unless the product is out of stock, in which case we will contact you.

Should there be a problem, we know you want to have peace of mind that the problem will be fixed. That’s why we cover the cost of insurance for postage of goods.

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days within Australia, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping lead times are calculated from the date of shipment and are indicative only. If you believe your delivery is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us per email at service@chaballo.com.au.

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Some exclusions apply.
