Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on return of goods (minus the cost of postage), provided they are returned and received in original, fully re-saleable condition. Chaballo covers the cost of insuring the goods being shipped to the customer.

Personalised or "made to order" goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Goods are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they accord with the customer's order.

If any goods are to be returned please contact us via email at service@chaballo.com.au and we will respond to you promptly. We ask that you provide us with a written explanation as to the reason for the return.

If you are returning an item you should include the original invoice and return it in its original packaging.

All postage costs are to be incurred by the customer and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as Chaballo will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Chaballo reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, goods that arrive COD or have "More to Pay" stamped on them.
