Shipping & delivery

We use Australia Post to post items within Australia. Items will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed unless the product is out of stock, in which case we will contact you.

Should there be a problem, we know you want to have peace of mind that the problem will be fixed. That’s why we cover the cost of insurance for postage of goods.

All orders are within Australia are shipped using Express Post. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days within Australia, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping lead times are calculated from the date of shipment and are indicative only. If you believe your delivery is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us.

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Some exclusions apply.

We offer free shipping within Australia for purchases of over $200.00**.
